We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is faulty, or an error was made on our part during shipment.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at the telephone number or email address below and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then tell you how to return the product.

If your delivery time has not been met, you may also be eligible for a return or refund.

If, through our fault, you receive anything other than the product you ordered, we will also proceed with an exchange, return or refund.

The only case where we unfortunately cannot proceed with any refund or return is if your return request is only due to an unjustified wish to change your mind without a valid reason.

You nevertheless have a 14-day money-back guarantee after receiving your product to request your refund.

For this, you must send us an email explaining your reason and justification for non-satisfaction, we will then proceed to your refund.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transit.

You must also, for all returns, prepay the cost of shipping and insurance (if applicable). If your return is eligible for a refund, the refund will not include any shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice.

When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund or exchange due to the defect.

If you are entitled to an exchange or a refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (depending on the original method of payment).

Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping.

A maximum of 15 business days after receiving our email may elapse before you see the refund on your statement.

Customers can return unopened items

1. Returning unopened items:

We accept returns on new and unopened items. You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. To track the status of your return, please contact us at the phone number or email address below.

2. Exchanges

We only exchange goods that are faulty or damaged. When you believe that a product is defective, please contact us, within 30 days of your purchase, at the telephone number or email address below and provide the details of the product and the defect. We will then tell you how to return the product.

Some items are not refundable or exchangeable. These items are designated on our website as non-refundable, on sale or part of a final sale.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price and a credit will be applied to the original form of payment.
