- Sayalena Shipping Policy -

1. Order processing time

All of our orders are processed and shipped within the following time frames:

24 hours from Monday to Friday. (Central European Time)

The last order processing of the given week is before 2 p.m. Friday.

Weekends are not counted for order processing. Orders placed after Friday 3 p.m. French time will therefore only be processed on Monday morning.

Once the order has been shipped and received by the carrier, we will send you a tracking code with which you can track your package and know the remaining shipping time.

2. Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change theshippingaddress of your order, please email us and include your newshippingaddress. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery time.

We provide 3 shipping options:

Standard Shipping - 3 working days - Pickup point delivery.

Premium shipping - 2 working days (Monday-Friday) at home

Expedition Express - 24 hours from Monday to Friday at home

NOTE: These deadlines and information concern delivery and local shipping in Metropolitan France. Delivery times and costs for other European countries and the rest of the world may vary and be different.

Shipping methods and delivery times by region are represented by the following table:

France: 1-3 business days, depending on delivery choice at checkout:

Rest of EU: 1-5 working days, depending on delivery choice at checkout:

Rest of World: 1-15 business days, depending on delivery choice at checkout:

Be aware that these delivery times may be longer if your order is placed during busier periods, such as Christmas or Thanksgiving.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship your order to an unreachable country. If you are unable to find and select your country during your checkout initiation, please understand that our logistics service unfortunately does not cover your country.

5. Packages damaged, lost or missing in transit

If you suspect that your package is lost or missing during transit, please contact us by email. We may contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed disappeared, we will send you a new one for free or give you a full refund.

If your package arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide you with a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

6. Returns and Refunds

6. 1 Return due to change of mind

sayalena. comwill gladly accept returns for change of mind, as long as the request is received within 30 days of receipt of the item.

The item must be returned to us in its original packaging, unopened and unused.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as your refund.

6. 2 Warranty Returns

sayalena. com provides 30 days warranty.

If you wish to make a warranty claim, it must be submitted within 90 days of receipt of package.

Return shipping will be prepaid by the customer, but we will refund you once the warranty claim is successful.

Upon receipt of the package containing the products for the warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days.
